The Kia Telluride’s Four-Year Evolution
How Has the Kia Telluride Changed?
The Kia Telluride is not only one of the newest models in the Kia lineup but also one of the newest models in the entire SUV market. It was only just released for the first time in 2019, and since then, it’s been a huge success with drivers across the country.
Believe it or not, though, the Telluride has already received its first refresh, entering the 2023 model year with some updates that are sure to keep the model as popular as ever. After all, Kia has never been a brand to rest on its laurels, always finding ways to innovate and improve. So, let’s see what new things you can expect from the 2023 SUV.
2023 Telluride Updates
Although Kia began as an overseas brand, it does have a headquarters in the United States today. Moreover, the Telluride was specifically designed and engineered for the U.S. market. These features reflect that.
Design Enhancements
Inside and out, the Telluride features some upgraded styling. The vertical headlamp design has been refreshed and blends with a brand-new front fascia design. The rear fascia and wheel design have also been revised. The Telluride is also available in three new color options for 2023. Those colors are Midnight Lake Blue, Dawning Red and Jungle Green.
Though the Telluride will no longer be available in a Nightfall Edition, the uniquely designed trim has been replaced by the X-Line. This trim goes even further than the Nightfall with a unique grille design, roof rails, 20-inch wheels and an exclusive interior color package. Another new trim is the X-Pro, featuring 18-inch all-terrain tires, a 110-volt cargo area outlet and an increased towing capacity of up to 5,500 lbs.

Interior Amenities
But, you don’t have to opt for these trims just to experience the new features Kia has in store for the 2023 model. The Telluride this year also boasts a new curved 12.3-inch display, an available 12.3-inch instrument cluster, a redesigned dashboard and steering wheel, and refreshed interior trim.
The Kia Telluride just keeps getting better and better, and that won’t be changing for 2023. The 2023 Telluride starts at an MSRP of $35,690. To learn more or to get behind the wheel for yourself, reach out to us here at Cowboy Kia.
