Tommy Mueller is Incredible!! We have bought at least 6 vehicles from him. If you want a vehicle that Never has any issues look no further. Will screw you over in a heart beat!! Car had 5 miles on it, they can’t find the window sticker. But they did manage to over charge us by 1,545.00 which wasn’t noticed till I printed out the contract. We got that back, then we canceled the extended warranty in March, we just NOW got credited for it. Charged us 3,394.00 for aftermarket b.s. which we did NOT sign for and according to Marc the general manager, it’s an option. I was there at 8:30am, 30 minutes before opening, not knowing the store hours exactly. However, Done Deal Emil was already there as well, and waiting patiently. He processed my $500 down and 600 credit score, for a brand new 2024 Kia Forte which only had 11 miles on it! Personally, I'll give that type of service, 3 thumbs up.

Kyle Barnes helped us lease our EV9. An absolute beautiful EV. Its loaded with technology and safety features far superior to the other brands minus maybe Hyundai. Kyle gave me his personal number and responded timely to all my texts. I never felt pressured at any point which is why I came to Cowboy Kia. I read many reviews regarding their low pressure style. I'd have bought from Carvana on elsewhere just to bypass a pushy salesman. Kyle was wonderful and deserves some praise. We love the car and already took a trip down to Galveston and back!

I contacted the dealership about a vehicle I found online. I talked to Tommy about my trade-in and told him the amount I had already been offered. He promised to make me a good deal because they were low on inventory. When I arrived, he offered about $2,500-3,500 less than I had received in binding offers from three other dealerships. If I could rate them zero stars I would. THis is the most dishonest group of people I have ever seen after 60+ years of buying cars. The salesperson, the finance person, Stormy Storey, and the Sales Mgr (Israel) are not to be trusted for one minute. They attempt to add on $7,000 to my purchase. What a bunch of dishonest people.
